Hi, I just recently found your blog and I think your cakes are fantastic. I'm an amateur currently taking Wilton courses. I really like the first cake with the white stripes. Is that done with fondant? I'm trying to come up with some ideas for my first wedding cake in September. Hope to hear from ya.
